Shipping And Returns (OLD template)

Our shipping Policy

  1. All goods and services are delivered to the address you supplied in your order.
  2. We will take the greatest possible care when receiving and implementing product orders, and when assessing applications for the provision of services.
  3. We will execute accepted orders expeditiously but no later than 30 days, unless another delivery period has been agreed upon. If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or only partially be executed, we will always inform you before the expiration of the planned delivery period. If we do not, you can cancel your order, free of charge. In that case, we will refund you within 30 days after termination.
  4. Our shipments are always at our risk until the time of delivery to you or a representative appointed by you. You do not have to worry about goods that are lost in the mail. However, if you return us goods within 30 days of purchase because you would rather not keep them, you are responsible for transportation.
  5. If the goods delivered by us during the transport were damaged, do not correspond with the items stated on the delivery note, or do not correspond to the items you ordered, you must report this within 7 days and return the items to us.
  6. The delivery dates given by Bonfire Club are as accurate as possible, but are not guaranteed. Bonfire Club cannot be held liable for any loss or damage, howsoever arising, due to any delay. Time for delivery or performance is not of the essence.
  7. We can not be held responsible for any consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier that Bonfire Club has appointed. Our liability in such cases is limited to the value of the items that are shown not to have been received by the customer. However Bonfire Club will perform best efforts to repair or replace any products with such damages.
  8. Bonfire Club is Responsible for customs and import taxes for customers in Belgium. For other countrie the Customer is responsible for all customs and import taxes that may apply. Seller is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
  9. The Products are deliverable worldwide. Delivery is made by handing over the Product directly to the Customer, or to a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier proposed by the Seller. The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process within ten days to three weeks after receipt of payment.

Refund Policy

  1. If you buy goods or services from us, you have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods for 30 days from the delivery day. You can then return your order without penalty and without giving any reason. Within 3 days after we have received your order or you have indicated that you want to cancel the agreement, we will refund you the full purchase price.
  2. Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, for example custom made neon signs. Here Bonfire Club reimburses 70% of the purchasing price excluding VAT.
  3. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
  4. During the first 30 days after delivery, we expect that you carefully handle the order and packaging. If you still want to return the goods as described above, you may only unpack or use them to the extent that is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it. If you return the goods, this should, if possible, be done in the original packaging, with all included accessories, in the original condition and packaging, and taking our instructions below into account.
  5. You can return your return package by post or courier. We sometimes pick up your product. If this is the case, we will let you know in the confirmation of your return request.
  6. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal quickly and correctly, for both the delivery of services and delivery of goods, you can use the European model form for Withdrawal and send it to hello@bonfireclub.eu. We will send you a confirmation of receiving your cancellation via email.
  7. Due to the handmade nature of the goods, they may be subject to variation and slight discoloration. Some color variations may also occur due to computer monitor and printer calibration. Customer acknowledges that such variations and discolorations are not attributable to the Products and accepts the possibility of such occurrence.
  8. Bonfire Club will provide shipping labels for returns, but the shipping cost will be subtracted from the reimbursement.
  9. Service contracts are excluded from the right of withdrawal after full execution of the service, but only if the execution of the service has begun with your explicit prior consent.
  10. As Bonfire Club produces customised products, cancellations can be made in writing within 24 hours of signed quotation. After 24 hours, the production process will have started, so cancellations are not possible.
